PRIVACY POLICY
GDPR formalises an ethical code of conduct that we as a company have endorsed and applied for some time. You can therefore continue to communicate with us with peace of mind, because our ethics, based on (mutual) respect, has long been our real motive for communication with the outside world. If you nevertheless feel that we are contacting you unlawfully, or that we are using your data incorrectly, then please share your concern with us. We will then take the necessary steps to remedy this in the future.
WE PROCESS A STRICT MINIMUM OF PERSONAL DATA
CHANGEFOCUS may process your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide these data to us yourself by filling in a contact form on the website.
We can process the following personal data:
- Your first and last name
- Your company
- Your address details
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your specific questions and interests, the reason for contact
- Your communication preferences
With projects and services for your company, all data relevant to the execution of the assignment is archived (reports, inputs, notes of conversations …)
WE WORK WITH YOUR DATA FOR THE CONTINUITY OF OUR SERVICES
We process your personal data in order to be able to contact you by telephone if you request it, and / or in writing (by e-mail and / or by post) if you cannot be reached by telephone. In addition, we can use your personal data in the context of executing a contract for services concluded with you.
If you do not wish to be contacted further, it is sufficient to inform us, preferably in writing.
WE KEEP YOUR DATA MAX. 3 YEARS
CHANGEFOCUS does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected. We have set a reasonable 3-year period for our business activity. Contacts from 25 May 2018 are registered for this purpose with date of contact, source of contact and expiry date of data.
WE KEEP PROJECT DATA IN A SECURE ENVIRONMENT
Project data (inputs for assignments, intakes, reports, notes from interviews or coaching …) are kept on a secure server for the entire duration of our business operations. Hard copy documents that we receive from the customer are scanned and stored electronically on the relevant medium. The server is regularly backed up.
WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE REASONS CHANGEFOCUS will NOT provide your personal data to third parties, unless these third parties are also involved in the performance of a service assignment (eg subcontracting, partnership in projects). In that case, we ask third parties to accept our privacy policy in advance.
WE FOLLOW YOUR INTEREST IN OUR ACTIVITIES ON THE NET
We can use digital service providers (Google Analytics, WordPress, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Mailchimp …) to monitor our website and company profiles, and to optimize our communication with the market. All data collected through these digital service providers are subject to the privacy policy of the relevant services. When selecting the digital service provider, we check in advance whether the service provider concerned complies with the GDPR rules.
YOU CAN ALWAYS MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR DATA
You have the right to review, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to marc@changefocus.be. We will respond to your request within a week.
GDPR formalises a code of conduct that we have endorsed and apply for a long time at CHANGEFOCUS. In that sense, only the formal aspect changes for you as from 2018 onwards.
