For whom?

Personal coaching is for those who are facing an important transition in their (professional) life. This can be a career switch, a promotion, a sudden drop in performance, a strategic change, etc. With a personal coach you have a sounding board and support at those times. This will give you a greater chance of being or becoming successful.

What is it?

One-on-one sessions in which we explore your ambitions and goals. We also discuss what prevents you from achieving success on your own. 2-hour sessions, with a 3 weeks-interval and with preparation on beforehand and practice afterwards.

What are the outcomes?

Saving time by simplifying and achieving more with less effort are obvious effects. Self-confidence increases, people feel valued and their motivation increases, along with personal growth and a significantly higher chance of success in their activities. Coaching creates potential, the coachee and his “mindset” will make the real difference though.

How much does it cost?

Expect an intake and then five sessions of 2 hours. With a budget of approx. 2000 euros, you should be fine to complete the entire process. If you want 1 session on a specific topic, count on approx. 300 euros.

Teamcoaching

Coaching an entire team or a part of it.

For whom?

Team coaching is essential to develop your team, to prepare it for new challenges, for an important project, when tensions or conflicts arise, when performance is under pressure, or also along with team building. Team coaching can also be a means to perpetuate successes and learn from experiences.

What is it?

Team sessions or smaller meetings where we investigate in the key elements for team success. Conflicts involve mediating conversations that lead to agreements for the future. Number of sessions depends on the nature of the problem and the result to be achieved.

What are the outcomes?

Saving time, integration of working methods, better organization, less hassle, better quality are guaranteed effects. In addition, anxiety decreases and well-being of employees increases; they experience more a sense of “we” and become more motivated.

How much does it cost?

Count for six sessions on approx. 3500 euros. Our experience shows that with this you could already achieve very good results with the team. Sometimes coaching takes less time, sometimes more.

Business coaching

Giving advice to the organisation or its management. 

For whom?

Clients value this advice with strategic projects, or through growth of the company or in crises. New strategy, new organization chart, linking values ​​to expected behavior, culture change, new management, takeover and merger, … are some examples.

What is it?

Consultancy may happen in various ways. Usually an initial analysis is performed, we work with stakeholders towards a solution, there is a reporting phase and possibly a follow-up phase. With every consultancy you get clear advice and scenarios for implementation.

What are the outcomes?

Saving time, better organization, integration of separate initiatives, better quality in operations, a clear plan for implementation, are obvious added values. The organization gets more excited about this unknown challenge and faces them with more confidence. Eventually the organization experiences a form of growth in managerial skills.

How much does it cost?

Cost is to be calculated for each project. We take care of cost being largely justified by its added values. If the odds are this is not a feasible thing, then we advise you right away not to buy the consultancy. This way our consultancy and its profitable outcome are close to a no-brainer for you. 

e-coaching

Remote coaching. Short coachings for individuals or smaller teams.

For whom?

For people who have a specific question about an approach to employees or a team, for example, or about their own way of working or doing. Questions can be very diverse and are not directly part of a longer, more integrated process. E-coaching is ideal as gaining a second opinion or back support for you in your work and in your life. Whenever there are restrictions on physical coaching, e-coaching can also be extended to virtual full-fledged coaching sessions.

What is it?

Sessions of about 30′- 45′ concerning a specific question or request you have. Sessions through videomeetings.

What are the outcomes?

This is a huge “time saver”: while you are working on an assignment, you can immediately consult with your coach, even during the weekend. It also ensures that you tackle tricky assignments with more confidence and it prevents procrastination. Naturally, this coaching also ensures personal growth in your competences.

How much does it cost?

This is a low budget formula and a perfect step-up towards coaching for those who are new to this. You already have a session as from 70 euros. You can book 7/7 days, during the day or in the evening and you do not have to leave your place for the coaching session. The first time we provide an intake in which we get to know you and your work environment. This intake is free.

Skills training

Training and developing social and interpersonal skills.

For whom?

Everyone should develop continuously. This is essential for personal success and well-being. We help you develop your social skills through training, or through blended learning: a mixture of various ways of learning. We build training programs fully tailor-made for your company.

What is it?

Formal classroom training, as well as online webinars, self-testing, integrated personal learning paths ….. You name it. We ensure that personal development is not only effective, but also fun and refreshingly diverse!

What are the outcomes?

Count for a 1-day training on approx. 1300 euros. if preparation and customization are added, we will settle this proportionally. You already have a 2-hour webinar for around 250 euros.

HR interim management

Providing a temporary or part-time HR management for your organization.

Some organizations are still too small for a full-time HR manager, while getting also too large to have no HR function at all. A temporary position or a part-time job can cover this growth stage of the company.

What is it?

Fully or partly filling in the HR role according to your request or need. The assignment is done on site or remotely, or in mixed form. We align with you on time consumption and we adapt it along with shifting needs.
